President
Q.A. Shakoor, II
The President of the (RPHGC) shall preside over all business meetings including the Executive Board and have control and manage the affairs of the Club; supervise its properties and act at the direction of, and in the best interests of the membership; shall prepare a yearly budget and approve all expenditures. The President shall cosign on all checks. The President shall chair the By-Laws Committee.
Vice President
Terry Simmons
The Vice President, in the absence of the President, shall assume the duties and responsibilities of that office. The Vice-President shall also assist the President in matters that pertain to the (RPHGC). The Vice President shall chair the Memorial Committee and serve as Vice-Chair of the Golf Activities Committee.
Treasurer
Grice Williams
The Treasurer is the custodian of all funds, dues, and any other club money. Shall provide the banking & safekeeping of funds. Coordinate reimbursement of funds at the direction of the President of the (RPHGC). Report on the treasury at each meeting, and to always act in the best interest of the membership.
Secretary
Peter A. Patterson
The Secretary shall keep records and maintain all minutes of the (RPHGC) meetings. Keep records of all business meetings and committee meetings. The Secretary shall receive all funds for recording and then turn over all funds to the Treasurer.
Chairman
James E. Bland
The Chairman serves as the chair of the Entertainment/Fundraising Committee and shall direct and coordinate all entertainment and fundraising activities.
